Our story

We didn't set out to build another supplement brand. We set out to solve a problem we kept running into ourselves: managing stress, recovery, and sleep meant juggling three or four different bottles that didn't seem to talk to each other — and once we actually looked into the research behind them, most weren't dosed anywhere close to what the studies they were citing had actually used.

That's where Settled State started — not with a single dramatic moment, but with a lot of late nights reading the research on magnesium, ashwagandha, and collagen individually, and landing on the same realization each time: these aren't three separate problems. Stress, physical recovery, and sleep all feed into each other in a loop, and most products on the shelf are built to address exactly one point in that cycle, often at a fraction of the dose the research behind them calls for.

So we asked a simple question: what would it look like to build one formula around all three, dosed to match what the research actually supports — not whatever's cheapest to fit in a serving? It turned out to be harder to find than we expected. No manufacturer we talked to had this exact combination sitting on a shelf, so we built it from scratch, dose by dose.

Settled State isn't about chasing a slogan. It's about giving people who are already juggling a lot — work, family, everything in between — one less thing to manage, built around numbers we could actually stand behind.
