Shipping & returns
How orders are shipped, and what to do if something isn't right.
Ordering
Orders are placed here and completed through secure Shopify checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email from Shopify with your order details.
Shipping
Shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are calculated by our Shopify store based on your address. Orders ship from our fulfillment location; you will receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or something isn't what you ordered, contact us at hello@settled-state.com with your order number and a photo if possible, and we will make it right.
Returns
Because ours is a consumable product, we accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. If your product is unopened and you'd like to return it, contact us with your order number and we'll arrange the return and refund of the product price. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
Orders can generally be canceled before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best.
